Cancellation Policy
By registering for a Yolo Steppers class or event, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Eligibility: I am 18 years or older. For any class or event where alcohol is served, I am 21 or older. Assumption of Risk & Liability: I participate at my own risk and assume full responsibility for any injury, accident, or property damage that may occur. I release Yolo Steppers, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability during or after the class/event. Health & Fitness: I confirm I am physically able to participate and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to the instructor. Alcohol/Behavior Policy: For BYOB or alcohol-serving events, I agree to follow all applicable laws, behave responsibly, and understand that violations may result in removal without refund, criminal liability, and responsibility for restitution. Non-Refundable Payments: I understand that all payments, including partial payments, are non-refundable. All sales final. Dress Code & Equipment: I agree to wear safe, comfortable attire and footwear suitable for dancing and movement. Weapons Policy: I will not bring any weapons, firearms, or dangerous objects to any Yolo Steppers class or event. Photography & Media: I consent that photos, videos, and audio recordings of me taken during Yolo Steppers classes or events may be used for marketing purposes, including social media, printed materials (brochures, cards), and websites. I understand I will not receive compensation for such use. Attitude & Conduct: I understand all expectations for participation and agree to bring a positive, respectful attitude to every class or event. By completing registration, purchasing a ticket or attending the event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all of the above terms. I understand that my agreement is legally binding under Georgia law.
